Fred. Holidays is continuing to grow its sales team with the appointment of Rachel Wood to the newly-created position of Business Development Manager, Midlands, covering the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Rachel joins from Premier Holidays where she held the position of Sales and Business Development Manager looking after agents in the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. She has also held positions with Classic Collection Holidays,
The Freedom Travel Group and Carnival UK.
Rachel’s key strategic focus will be increasing brand awareness, in particular around the cruise and stay offering, working closely with the business development team to optimise new business opportunities through current trade partners, and expanding the distribution reach to achieve results in line with budget expectations. Rachel will report into Laura Wilson,
Fred. Holidays’ Head of Business Development.
