We have recently seen a noticeable increase in bookings for our homes closest to Disney, coinciding with an increase in clients looking to do a villa holiday without renting a car. Emerald Island, Windsor Palms and Windsor Hills have by far been our most popular communities this year. These three communities are located 10-15 minutes to Disney with return trips in a standard Uber costing roughly the same as the Disney parking fee. It is easy to see why these communities are becoming even more popular.
